Welcome to La Vita Luxury Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Services Provided
La Vita Luxury Travel specializes in curating bespoke travel experiences, including luxury honeymoons, cruises, 5-star hotel accommodations, safaris, and other high-end travel services. We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers, such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.

2. Booking Process

• All bookings require a non-refundable planning fee, which will be communicated before services commence.

• Once the planning fee is received, we will begin customizing your travel itinerary.

• Final payment for travel services must be made by the due date specified in your invoice. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
   

3. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via credit card, wire transfer. Fees may apply.

• All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise specified.

• Additional fees may apply for international transactions or currency conversions.
   

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by travel provider. We will communicate the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking.

• La Vita Luxury Travel’s planning fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel providers.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations.
   

5. Travel Documentation

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required documentation for travel.

• We are not liable for delays or cancellations resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

6. Travel Insurance

• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or delayed luggage.

• Travel insurance recommendations can be provided upon request.

7. Liability

• La Vita Luxury Travel acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including injury, loss, or delay, caused by third-party service providers.

• We are not liable for force majeure events, including natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen events that may disrupt travel plans.

8. Changes to Itinerary

• Changes to your itinerary may result in additional fees. We will communicate these fees before making changes.

• We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries to ensure the best travel experience.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

• We value your privacy. All personal information provided to La Vita Luxury Travel will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of The State of California.
